CONVENTION SCHEDULE  

BIG HORN MIXED  

RMR CONVENTION 2012

The highlight of the convention  is the narrow gauge steam freight on Saturday, June 9. A dedicated-to-us mixed train of freight and passenger cars will make an all-day, 89 mile trip from Chama to Big Horn Wye and return. There will be opportunities, as many as time and safety allow, for photo run bys of the train. Lunch, snacks and drinks are provided

Even without the excitement of the train, the wonderful scenery, much of it inaccessible except by train or hiking in, is enough to make the trip worthwhile.
